Fight Size Doughnuts
Fight Size Doughnuts was started for exactly two reasons: 1) create the boujee-iest, most artistic doughnuts in the world, and 2) give to the Pittsburgh community. I love nothing more than daring and wild flavor combinations, and philanthropic giving. With that in mind, one of the core focuses of this business is to give back 10% of each purchase to a local nonprofit.
Why do I do it? Because I like the idea of a business that doesn't act solely in its own self-interest, but rather works for the good of the society that allows it to thrive. I don't know if this will work; I'm making it up as I go, but this is my goal. Because there's some good in this world. And it's worth fighting for.
